Conditions We Treat

✅ Best for These Conditions:

  • Back & Neck Pain → Herniated discs, spinal stiffness, whiplash, pinched nerves
  • Joint Stiffness & Arthritis → Osteoarthritis, shoulder impingement, hip/knee stiffness
  • Sports Injuries → Sprains, strains, overuse injuries needing faster mobility restoration
  • Post-Surgical Stiffness → Scar tissue restrictions after orthopedic or spinal surgery
  • Chronic Pain Syndromes → Fibromyalgia, chronic muscle tension, recurring headaches/migraines
  • Extremity Issues → Frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, ankle sprains
  • Posture & Alignment Problems → Scoliosis, forward head posture, pelvic misalignment

🩺 Why Manual Therapy Works:

  • Mobilization: Gentle, repeated movements that restore normal joint play and mobility.
  • Manipulation: Quick, precise thrusts to improve alignment and reduce restrictions.
  • Soft Tissue Techniques: Release muscle tension, improve circulation, and reduce pain.

🌟 Benefits for Patients:

  • Faster relief from stiffness and pain compared to exercise alone
  • Restores natural movement in the spine and joints
  • Improves flexibility and daily function
  • Reduces reliance on pain medication
  • Addresses root cause of dysfunction, not just symptoms

👉 In short: Manual therapy is best for patients with movement restrictions, joint dysfunction, or chronic pain that hasn’t responded to exercise alone. It’s also ideal for people recovering from surgery or injuries who need their mobility back quickly.
